Our spring Special includes aeration, overseeding and fertilizing your lawn. All of these services are recommended for Vancouver's damp climate. Deep core aeration increases water and air flow in the soil helping prevent moss growth and allowing your grass to more efficiently utilize and benefit from the soil. Seeding and fertilizing means more grass will be competing with weeds and mosses to help you keep a healthy thick green lawn. Our Fertilizer also has built in moss control allowing the grass to thrive and making life difficult for the moss. This special is based on a lawn of 3 thousand square feet or less. An additional $30 dollars is added for each 1000 square feet.

Lawn mowing -- Rates vary by the size of your lawn. Average city lots are anywhere between 25 and 55 dollars. Maintenance is done every 7 to 14 days in the summer.
Gardens maintenance -- Rates vary depending on size and the type of garden, we generally maintain gardens on more or less the same schedule as lawn maintenance.
Hedge trimming -- Hedge trimming rates depend on length, width, and height of the hedges. We'll need to come by and take a look to give you a quote.
